Attorney Jennifer Frese has announced that she is now accepting clients from Cedar Falls as part of her expansion plan, which was gradually rolled out after opening her private practice. Several factors will be considered to determine the sentencing range, including one’s criminal history and aggravating factors if there are any,” Ms. Frese said. “As someone who has been on the other side, so to speak, I can give my clients an idea of the strategies the prosecution is most likely to bring to bear and the recourses available to them.”
In her private practice, Ms. Frese represents individuals facing charges for drug trafficking, cybercrime, election law crime, fraud, money laundering, and other types of federal crimes. “While working as a prosecutor, I prosecuted every type of crime from a simple misdemeanor to first-degree murder,” she said.
